Acquisition enhances Citron Hygiene’s service offering and presence in key markets
Toronto, September 14, 2016 – Citron Hygiene (“Citron Hygiene”), a leading provider of washroom hygiene, pest control and life safety services for commercial facilities, announced today that it has acquired Sani-Service, a portfolio company of Serruya Private Equity Inc. (“SPE”) effective on September 12th, 2016. Sani-Service is a leading provider of commercial washroom hygiene services and chemical services (including warewashing and related chemicals) for a range of customers including leading retailers and foodservice establishments.
Citron Hygiene President and CEO Peter Farrell states, “this acquisition supports our corporate growth strategy, expands our markets served to Western Canada, including Vancouver, Calgary and Edmonton and will significantly enhance our presence and density in Eastern Canada including Toronto, London and Ottawa.
